DOT drug testing refers to drug testing protocols mandated by the Department of Transportation. It applies to safety-sensitive employees in aviation, trucking, railroads, transit, and pipeline industries.
DOT drug tests typically screen for five substances: marijuana (THC), cocaine, amphetamines, opiates, and phencyclidine (PCP). These substances are specified by the DOT regulations.
It's essential to inform the Medical Review Officer (MRO) about any prescription medications. The MRO will assess whether the medication could impact the test results and verify the legitimacy of the prescription.
Refusing a DOT drug test is considered a violation. Employees must comply with testing requirements as per DOT regulations. Refusal or failure to test may have serious consequences, including removal from safety-sensitive duties.
If a test result is positive, the employee must meet with or speak to the Medical Review Officer (MRO) to discuss the result and provide any legitimate medical explanations. Referral for treatment and follow-up testing may be required.
Legal Paternity Test
This is our highly recommended test. If the child is under 18, it is strongly recommended that you choose this option. Results can be used in court to support any legal purpose, including: amending a birth certificate, child support orders, etc.
Has the alleged father recently died?
Non-Legal Peace of Mind Paternity Test
If you just want to know the truth and you do not need a paternity test that is court admissible, then this is the best option for you
What if I don’t want the alleged father to know about the test, or he refuses to come in for the test?
If you have a toothbrush, eating utensils, toothpick or finger/toe nails from the alleged father, we can use those items to test for DNA. Please call us at 513-402-1070 to get pricing and directions on how to preserve the items for shipping to the lab.
You book your appointment online or by phone, receive your welcome e-mail from the testing center administrator, show up for your appointment with Valid Government Issued Photo ID (all parties age 18 and over require ID), all parties involved will be swabbed, test will get shipped to our accredited laboratory, test results will come back within 2 business days, results will be e-mailed or read in office.
If the alleged father is minor, consent from a legal guardian is required. This means the legal guardian will need to be at the appointment in order to give consent that the minor can be tested in our office.
No, we will not give you your results over the phone. Results will be sent by e-mail or one of the parties involved can come to the office to pick up the results, or there can be scheduled time for administrator to reveal test results in office with all parties present in the event mediation or counseling is needed.
